Aeroporto Navegação Aérea de Timor-Leste (ANATL, E.P) is one of the state-owned enterprises engaged in the business of airport services and airport-related services in the region, especially in Nagara Timor-Leste. Aeroporto e Navegação Aérea de Timor-Leste (ANATL, E.P) has won the trust of the government of the República Democrática de Timor-Leste (RDTL) to manage and operate Dili Airport, which has now changed its name to Presidente Nicolau Lobato Airport, since 2002.
